An effective screening program doesn’t stop after the applicant is hired. Our ongoing criminal monitoring takes the guess work, cost and maintenance out of post-hire monitoring, providing assurance that those who were safe to hire to begin with have stayed that way.
This monitoring service will scan current employees, tenants and volunteers for criminal activity and alert you to any crimes that are detected.

How does it work?

With ongoing criminal monitoring, Background Examine will screen your current employees through our National Criminal database on an ongoing monthly basis to confirm the employee’s continued eligibility for employment under your criminal background policy. This service can only be performed on current employees who have been previously screened through our National Criminal Database searches or similar products.
You will receive an email when there is a new positive hit. You can subscribe to this feature for a 12 month period and renew it every year which saves your applicants time with filling out an additional background check questionnaire.
